I am an valued-driven communications strategist based in the academic field of Media and Communication Studies, passioned for creating inclusive development through creative action.
I am currently doing a PhD project on young peoples' advocacy strategies in institutional decision-making structures. Areas of interests: democracy, inclusiong/exclusion, identity and cultural expressions, political advocacy practices.
Though trained in communications, I see myself to be of an interdiciplinary nature. I am convinced that the most interesting solutions can be found if you search outside traditional structures and boxy frameworks.
I have a long history of working in citizen movements, starting in the youth movement as a teenager. I quickly found a passion for strategy work in relation to democratic processes, ensuring equal access to rights and creating opportinties for all - independent on background or
prerequisites.
I believe in powerful advocacy through thought through action, which more concretely can take form of writing debate articles or speeches, consious inclusion analysis, and composing project plans to make strategies into action points.
